This review is from: Airbake Ultra by T-Fal Insulated 2-Piece Small & Medium Pizza Pan Set (Kitchen) Excellent quality pizza pans. The airholes allow for browning of the crust. Thick aluminum material that doesn't stratch when being cut with a pizza wheel. Cleanup up easily too. No rust (our old pans got rust on them). The smaller pan is just the right size for the small personal size pizzas that are great for lunch. Highly recommended. This review is from: Airbake Ultra by T-Fal Insulated 2-Piece Small & Medium Pizza Pan Set (Kitchen) Bought mostly for the small pan that fits nicely in my toaster oven. I'm always looking for ways to cook without turning on the big oven during the hot summer months. This is a BIG plus.. I love making my own pizzas!!! 12 minutes at 400 degrees makes a great crispy crust. I'm sure I will use the big one during the winter when I want to warm up the house. This review is from: Airbake Ultra by T-Fal Insulated 2-Piece Small & Medium Pizza Pan Set (Kitchen) I have to say that I'm very impressed with all of the T-Fal AirBake cookware, from pizza pans to cookie sheets. I've never had anything turn out overly done or burned when using these pans. Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you?  Report abuse | Permalink   Comment

Great Pan, May 11, 2011 By  Brenda Talley "Brenda" (Alabama) - See all my reviews    Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Paula Deen 13 x 18 Inch Aluminized Steel Cookie Sheet, Champagne (Kitchen) I don't usually purchase brand-name chef's overly-expensive cookware. However, the size was what I needed and I splurged. I love this pan. Nothing cleans up like it does and it really is pretty. It is pretty enough to use on the table or buffet. Great purchase. 7 of 7 people found the following review helpful: Great pan, February 28, 2008 By  Natasha Vaughn - See all my reviews    Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Wilton 3-D Cruiser Pan (Kitchen) This pan is great. The only flaw is it needs a heating core to cook thouroughly and you need to use a firm cake recipe. Neither of which is mentioned on the instructions. The instructions were useful in ensuring that the cake was cooked properly (be sure to check with a knife in the center of the cake to confirm that it is cooked through) and for removing it undamaged (lots of shortening and flour). However, the shape was just a generalization. I could have built a better car-shaped cake using a rectangular and square pan. The whole reason for purchasing this pan was to get the outlines of the headlights and other details on the cake and those things did not come through. Bottom line: save your money, buy a rectangle and a square shaped cake pan and you can use both multiple times. I used the directions from [...] and my son chose the colours. It turned out great!! Just remember to grease the pan very well for the cake to come out smoothly.
