You can't go wrong with Magic Line pans. If you decorate cakes for a living or for family and friends, Magic Line pans are a must. Even heating, and most important, truely square corners and edges. These are required for a crisp, clean finished product. They bake evenly, release baked items easily, and clean up easily. They are a wonderful weight and the aluminum has a nice feel to it - more like stainless as opposed to the dull look and feel of Wilton aluminum pans (which also bake nicely, but not as nicely as these). I have more pans on order as I am replacing all of the non-stick pans that I own.
