The construction is heavyweight aluminum, the cakes bake evenly and release quickly from the pan. I prefer this series for the precise construction of the pans. You do need the Wilton Heat Core, which is sold separately on Amazon. I read the review about the "Requires Decorator Preferred Heating Core" and haven't a clue what that is about. I used this pan as I do any other sheet pan and it baked extremely well. The only complaint that I have is that it was a little difficult to clean the inside corners of the pan which I am sure is designed that way for perfect squared off corners for a wedding cake. |
