The good: Nicely patterned to prevent sticking. One raised edge makes it easy to use a spatula to remove cookies. The Bad: Ideally could be a bit larger. Only one raised edge so if you need a raised edge sheet (sponge cake sheet) this isn't it. The Ugly: Can be a pain when using parchment paper.
